ABOUT ME
I became a rest relationist and FLOW breathwork facilitator because I desire to help BIPOC women reverse the damage of hustle culture. My personal experiences mirrored that of many of my family members, friends, and acquaintances. Feelings of anxiety, trouble sleeping, symptoms of burn out, and self-sacrificing for the sake of productivity are just a few of the many details our stories had in common. Identifying the narratives that made stillness my enemy and learning to redefine my unique relationship with rest helped reawaken true joy in my life. My goal is to help others pause, ponder, play, and reveal peace in their lives. Allow me to help you tune in, to avoid burning out.
